Outbreak has always been about getting fights and having fun. We set-up somewhere and fight as much as we can. Sometimes we get fleet fights, sometimes we don't. We roam, we use Caps... whatever gets the blood pumping. As far as I am aware Outbreak is made up of pretty much exactly the same members as it was a year ago, along with some welcome new arrivals.

After having been in 66- for a couple days I can say that Bob is, most of the time, very boring. Unless firing cruise after cruise at BOB station services or POS guns can be called "exciting".

FATAL may not have the numbers or even the desire to try to rule anything other than a bit of space we can fight out of but we are all considerably more skillful than an alliance thats sole strategy is to break the game and claim that it is a skill.
